We consistently rely on self-hosted open-source communication solutions. This means:

1. Full control over data All our servers are located in Germany, are subject to the GDPR, and are maintained exclusively by us. No data leaves our area of responsibility.

2. End-to-end encryption as standard We use proven open-source tools such as Matrix (with Element client), Nextcloud Talk or Jitsi. All messages, files and video calls are end-to-end encrypted by default.

3. No surprises from license changes Open-source software remains open source. We are not dependent on the business decisions of a large provider. The software belongs to us – not the other way around.

4. Transparency through open code Anyone can review and inspect the source code. There are no hidden backdoors, no secret data analysis. The code delivers what it promises.

Operation planning: A client needs short-term personal protection for a sensitive business trip. All relevant information – route, schedule, photos – is exchanged via our encrypted channel. Without detours via third-party providers.

Property protection: A new surveillance contract for a company premises. Site plans, shift schedules and access codes do not end up on external servers, but only with authorized employees.

Crisis communication: In an emergency, every second counts. Our self-hosted solution remains available – even when commercial services are overloaded or blocked.
